From the very beginning, our clients get to meet with their personal sitter and receive a direct and personal phone line to contact their sitter for check ins and updates during their assignment.
Our clients are covered! Consistency in pet care is important to both pets and their owners. In the event that a primary sitter is ever booked for part of an assignment or has time off when our clients need us, we always have a back up sitter who will leave their personal phone contact information, as well, with their in house note for that visit.
