How can I check on my pets while I'm away?
Simply call the office or your primary sitter directly any time you ever want to check in with us. If we aren't in the office, we'll be happy to return your call to tell you all about how your pets are doing.
We will also leave in-house, daily notes at each visit so you know how everything went and exactly what your pets did with their sitter at every visit.
Will you call me if there's a question or concern?
Absolutely! All of our sitters have prior training to spot potential questions or concerns and are in constant contact with the Owners.
No matter who your sitter is, unless otherwise instructed by you, we will contact you with any questions or concerns. If you are unavailable or unreachable, we will contact your emergency contacts listed in your paperwork.
How do I know my keys and house will be safe?
Your keys will be kept in a lock box, numbered only and will never contain names or any other information.
All specifics regarding your pets and your house are kept in a password protected software system. Only Ali's Angels Owners and Sitters who are on the schedule to sit for you are granted access to this information.
What is the Service Center on the home page?
The Service Center is for ease of travel and service communication.
Travel/ Update Submit Contains:
- submittable travel itinerary form
- submittable pet and house updates form
- check list reminder for traveling
Existing Client Log In Contains:
- Existing Client Request for Service
- Option to View Past Services
What if I'm delayed in coming home or need to add an unscheduled visit for pet care?
Call Ali’s Angels as soon as you know! We will do our best to make sure that your pets are cared for until you are able to return.
We can not guarantee availability but will make sits by all means possible.
What if I'm returning early from my trip?
Please call us as soon as you know you'll be returning early. With enough notice, we can cancel the remainder of your pet sits with out a cancellation charge.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel remaining pet sits without a fee of one basic visit.
During holidays, we require 1 week notice to cancel remaining sits without a fee of 50% of the remaining sits.
