In 1988, Anne joined the Army and took an Animal Care Specialist course at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. After a tour in Germany she got out of the army with an honorable discharge and decided to go to college. She attended Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology and graduated in 1993 with an Associate’s Degree in Animal Science.
Throughout her career Anne has for the most part worked in low cost spay/neuter clinics. Then, after years of working in private practice, she decided to pursue a career in pet sitting where she could continue her love and care for animals.
During her free time Anne enjoys reading, going for walks, listening to music, playing Wii, watching movies, taking pictures and spending time with her family and friends. She has a 21 year old daughter, a 3 year old grand- daughter and an adoring fiancé.
Anne has 3 cats; Paxton, Blocks and Stinky and one Boxer Pit Bull mix she rescued named Lucy. Anne became a huge fan of Boxers after owning her first one, Ginger, many years ago (pictured) and she loves all breeds of dogs, cats and animals in general.
